I will meet with you for 3 sessions. You will leave the first session a non-smoker. I schedule the second session 2-3 days later so I can follow-up at the time most people experience difficulty. The third session you can use anytime in the next 90 days for reinforcement, follow-up or even to learn more about applying self-hypnosis to other areas of life.

What should you do to prepare for your first session?
You should prepare by making a list of all the benefits you personally will gain by quitting smoking.
Gather up all you smoking accoutrements, lighters and ash trays and other such items and either bring them with you or dispose of them.
Tell other people you are going to use hypnosis to quit and when your quit date (first appointment) is.
That’s it. We will cover everything else in your first session. Plan on being here for about 90 minutes for the first sessions, and our follow-up sessions will usually last about 40-45 minutes.
